I cannot articulate just what 50 years means to myself but especially to my father, Allen. I’m sure if you had asked 25-year-old him when he and two friends moved from Chicago to Kansas City to start a little safety valve business in a rented 3,000 sq. ft. building, he would not have dreamed where it would be 50 years later. Going from three employees to now 40 employees working in an 83,000 sq. ft. building is truly what the American dream is all about.
However, while the growth of the company is wonderful, the most important part of all this to us is the relationships built along the way. We are so grateful to all the employees who have helped us get to this milestone. We truly are a family business, and all the employees are part of our family. We have been through the highs and lows of life and supported each other through out. We also are so grateful for our customers who have helped support us along the way. My very favorite part of the job is the connections I’ve made over the years with so many of you. It is what makes coming into work every day worthwhile. Thank you all for your continued support, and we look forward to another 50 years!
