NASVI, Wholesalers’ Reliable Source for Safety Valves and Service Since 1975
Of all the things that can affect your customers’ operations, safety and relief valves – installing, replacing, maintaining or servicing them – shouldn’t ever be one of them. That’s why everything North American Safety Valve does in done right and done quickly.
Our Job is to Support Yours
We work exclusively with wholesalers in the safety valve industry, so you never have to worry about us trying to conduct business with your end users. In other words, we’re your support, not your competitor.
Today, and as long as we’re in business, we adhere to the following values and standards:
Unrivaled Customer Service
Our goal is to answer the phone on the first ring, and the voice you’ll hear is a person – not a machine that provides a “menu of options.”
For each inquiry, our objective is to give you a price and delivery date instantly. If you e-mail or fax us and we don’t get back to you that same day, you’d better call and confirm that we received your message.
We make every effort to ship your order out the same day we receive it. But as you know, a safety valve doesn’t ship as easily as your typical retail product. It takes time to assemble safety valves and test them. If possible, order early enough that we have time to get your safety valve or part carefully prepped for same-day shipping.
Our UPS representative arrives every day at 3:30 p.m. and again at 5:00 p.m. Old Dominion freight is waiting at 4:30 for your heavy pieces.
In business since 1975 and a team of factory-trained technicians, we feel confident calling ourselves safety valve experts. Our employees are long-timers, and what they know comes in handy when you or your end user has questions about or problems with safety valves. You could try calling the manufacturer with your questions, but that can become frustrating in a hurry. Instead, give us a call and put our collective knowledge to work.
