KUNKLE 300 & 600 SERIES SAFETY VALVES
Some events call for equipment that’s ready to perform across more than one category. The Kunkle 300 and 600 Series safety valves are built for steam, air and gas service, giving facilities a dependable option for pressure protection in demanding applications.
Model 300 features a 300# inlet flange with a 150# outlet flange, while Model 600 features a 600# inlet flange with a 150# outlet flange. Both models feature cast steel construction, exposed springs and stainless steel full-nozzle trim.
The series meets ASME Section I for steam service and ASME Section VIII for air, gas and steam service. Typical applications include steam boilers and generators, air and gas compressors, pressure vessels, intercoolers and oil/gas separators.
With individually tested valves, factory-sealed adjustments, dual control rings and seats lapped to optical flatness, the Kunkle 300 and 600 Series is built to perform when it matters most.
